Hebi Jinxing - ultra clean high purity hydrogen peroxide production technology and equipment

The technology developed in this project can be widely used in the separation and purification of microelectronics chemical materials, especially ultra-pure electronic chemicals for large-scale integrated circuits (0.09 ~ 0.2μm technology). Super-clean high-purity hydrogen peroxide is an indispensable fine chemical in the electronics industry as a cleaning agent for silicon wafers and an etching agent for printed circuit boards. At present, the quality and quantity of electronic grade hydrogen peroxide produced by domestic integrated circuits can not meet the needs of the electronics industry.

Our company is a domestic high-tech enterprise that uses quartz glass material to produce chemical reagents and fine chemicals distillation device. After more than 20 years of production practice, we have developed and developed more than 20 kinds of products and more than 50 types of ultra-pure electronic chemical distillation device. Among them, the hydrogen peroxide rectification device has 50t/a, 75t/a, 100t/a, 120t/a and other specifications, and the product quality meets the standard of SEMIC12 hydrogen peroxide, the metal ion concentration is less than 0.1ppb, the non-metal ion concentration is less than 100ppb, and the particle is ≥0.5μm 25Pcs/mL.
